Shipping policy

TURNAROUND

Orders will be typically shipped within 3-5 business days Monday - Friday 8 am - 2 pm (excluding holidays). Note: All orders received after 1 PM will not ship the same day.

CARRIERS

We typically use FedEX Ground Delivery to deliver our orders; however, some items will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service for final delivery on a standard business day (Monday – Saturday, excluding federal holidays). 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently only ship to physical mailing addresses in the lower 48 states (excluding APO/FPO mailing addresses).

ORDER TRACKING

At the time of shipment, you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information. You can also find your tracking information from the account page under "Order History". Just click on the order number box that you are needing tracking information on. There you will find the fulfillment date and the tracking information. If you need to track your order simply position your cursor over the FEDEX tracking number and then click. It will take you directly to the FEDEX website and show you the shipping details for your order.

SHIPPING RATES

Our flat rate shipping cost on a single product purchase is $8.95. The purchase of two or more products our flat rate shipping cost is $11.95. On orders $500.00 or more, we offer FREE shipping.
